We are seeking a passionate and qualified Swimming Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction, a commitment to water safety, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
deliver structured swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment at all times.
Implement and follow health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
Work with students of various ages and abilities, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
Recognized swimming instructor certification.
Valid lifeguard qualification
Previous experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Passion for swimming and water safety.
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
